Delivery coverage and timing

Jholo accepts delivery orders across Nepal. Orders typically arrive within 72 hours, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery window. Remote-area access, weather, courier operations, and other circumstances may affect arrival time.

We use the delivery address submitted at checkout to calculate and arrange delivery. Please check that the address and contact phone number are correct before confirming your order.

How the delivery fee is calculated

Before you place an order, checkout shows the estimated road distance, the current Jholo per-kilometre rate, any applicable Bharatpur base fee, and the resulting delivery charge. Location and routing data comes from community OpenStreetMap services and can be approximate or temporarily unavailable.

A Bharatpur base delivery fee applies to locations identified as Bharatpur. Other destinations are charged using the configured per-kilometre rate without that local base. Checkout displays the applicable base, distance, and total delivery charge before you place an order. If a drivable route cannot be found, checkout will not invent a delivery price; contact Jholo for help.

Payment choices

For cash on delivery, the delivery charge is paid in advance through the available eSewa or Khalti instructions, and the product balance is paid to the courier when the order arrives. For full prepayment, the product subtotal and delivery charge are paid in advance.

The checkout displays the exact amount due now and any remaining cash-on-delivery amount. Include your Order ID in your wallet payment remarks, then submit a receipt image. Jholo manually reviews the proof before confirming dispatch; the upload alone does not mean payment has been verified.
